• Customers must ensure someone is present or provide clear instructions for collection/delivery.
• If a collection is missed without notice, rebooking may be required.

• Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, card, or approved online payment methods.

4. Liability

• We take every care in handling garments. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning or replacement (whichever is lower).
• We are not liable for wear and tear, colour fading, shrinkage, or items left in pockets.
